Privacy Policy

Astro Agents ("the service", "we") is an API that computes astrology charts for software agents and developers, available at https://astro-agent.dev over REST, MCP and A2A. This policy explains what data the service handles.

What you send us

Requests contain birth or event data: a date and time, and usually geographic coordinates and a time zone. This data is used only to compute the result of that request and is returned to you in the response. We do not store request bodies, and the service does not log them. Each response includes a SHA-256 hash of the request (meta.input_sha256). That hash is computed for you and is not kept by us.

What we keep

• Free-call counters. To give each caller its first free calls, we keep a counter per caller in a key-value store. The key is either a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address (not the IP itself), or, if you sign in with the x402 Sign-In-With-X extension, your public wallet address. These counters do not expire.
• Replay-protection records. Sign-In-With-X nonces are kept for 15 minutes. Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) payment references are kept for 7 days so that one payment cannot be used twice. These records contain no birth data.

Payments

Paid calls are settled with x402 (USDC on Base or Solana) or MPP (Tempo). A payment is a signed blockchain transaction. It goes through a payment facilitator (Coinbase CDP or PayAI for x402) and ends up on a public blockchain, where wallet addresses, amounts and timestamps are visible to anyone. We never receive card numbers, bank details or private keys.

Infrastructure

The service runs on Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (key-value store), in the United States. Like any web host, our hosting provider may record standard request metadata, such as IP address, time, path and status code, in its operational logs under its own policies. Payment facilitators process payment data under their own policies.

Cookies and tracking

The website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Children

The service is meant for developers and software agents. It is not directed at children.

Your choices and rights

We keep no birth data, so there is no birth data to access or delete. To have a free-call counter linked to your wallet address removed, or for any privacy question, write to aidatatools@proton.me.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it.
